1 1/2 to 2 pkg. spinach leaves
5 strips bacon
2 eggs, hard-boiled
1/2 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced onion
1 c. cheese
1/2 c. almonds
Italian salad dressing to
Wash spinach leaves and tear into a bowl; add cooked
bacon, cut up hard-boiled eggs, sliced mushrooms, tomatoes,
onions, cubed cheese and slivered almonds on top. Pour dress-
ing on and toss.
