CABBAGE SOUP 1 small cabbage (2 lb.) 3 carrots, sliced 1 small onion, minced 6 beef bouillon cubes 2 1/2 c. boiling water 1 lb. Polish kielbasa Into the 2 1/2 cups of boiling water add 6 bouillon cubes. When melted, add the cabbage, onions and carrots. Simmer for about 3/4 of an hour. Add sliced kielbasa and simmer about 15 minutes longer. Serve piping hot along with French bread. Makes 6 generous servings.
