CORN CHOWDER 6 medium potatoes 2 onions 2 c. evaporated milk 2 cans cream corn salt and pepper to taste pat of butter salt pork Fry a little salt pork; boil cut up potatoes and cut up onions until cooked in just enough water to cover bottom of pan. Drain water off, add the milk and other ingredients. Heat until hot. Serves 5.
