6 medium potatoes
2 c. evaporated milk
2 cans cream corn
salt and pepper to taste
pat of butter
Fry a little salt pork; boil cut up potatoes and cut up
onions until cooked in just enough water to cover bottom of
pan. Drain water off, add the milk and other ingredients.
