LEFTOVER TURKEY STEW

2 cooked turkey legs and wings
salt or garlic salt
pepper to taste
1 to 2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. paprika
1 chopped onion
1 qt. water
1 c. egg noodles
1 c. finely sliced carrots

Boil turkey legs and wings until meat easily removes
from bones. Reserve water. Add seasonings and onion to
reserved water along with egg noodles and carrots. Let cook
until noodles and carrots are slightly tender. Then add the
turkey meat and cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
