BACON SALAD 1 lb. elbow macaroni 2 stalks celery 16 oz. Cheddar cheese 1 onion 1 lb. bacon 1 (32 oz.) jar mayonnaise Cook elbows and cool. Chop celery into small bits. Chop onion into small bits. Cut cheese into chunks. Mix together with mayonnaise to taste. Sit overnight. Add more mayonnaise. Stir. Cook bacon. Crumble into small pieces, top salad.
