DELICIOUS POTATO SALAD 6 boiled red potatoes, peeled and diced 4 hard-cooked eggs, diced 1 onion (medium), finely diced 1 c. celery, finely diced 1/3 c. sweet pickle juice 1/2 c. diced sweet pickles 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard 1 c. mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. vinegar 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. m.s.g. Mix the potatoes, eggs, onion and celery; add pickles, salt, pepper and m.s.g. Mix mayonnaise in a small bowl with vinegar, pickle juice and mustard. Add to potato mixture. Taste and add more mayonnaise or salt if desired. Garnish with egg slices and paprika.
