2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
Mix all ingredients and bring to boil. Boil 15 minutes.
Use on pork chops, chicken or ribs. I parboil meat and cook in
crock-pot with barbecue sauce. This recipe was gotten from
sister-in-law in North Dakota.
