MY OWN BARBECUE SAUCE
1 minced onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 green pepper, cut up
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. catsup
Saute onion in margarine. Add remaining ingredients and
simmer for 15 minutes. Good on beef, chicken, pork, ribs or
