GARDEN SALAD

1 crisp head lettuce
fresh onions
frozen peas
shredded cheese
bacon
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. sugar

Shred lettuce, cover bottom of glass pan with lettuce.
Put layer of chopped fresh green onions, layer of green peas
(frozen) and a layer of cheese. Continue until pan is full.
Put in refrigerator. Mix mayonnaise and sugar. Cover salad
with this dressing. Crumble bacon on top. Put in refrigerator
overnight.
