SPINACH SALAD

Dressing:

1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, chopped fine
salt to taste

Salad:
1 pkg. fresh spinach or Swiss
chard
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
and drained
1 can bean sprouts, drained
5 strips bacon, fried crisp
and crumbled
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced

Blend all dressing ingredients together. Pour dressing
over salad just before serving. Toss and serve.
