1 1/2 c. sliced peaches (pack
in own juice, may use fresh
or frozen)
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
1 1/2 c. lemon-lime soda (let
stand to remove fizz)
1 c. boiling water
Cool Whip

In blender, puree peaches until smooth. Set aside.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in orange juice
concentrate, lemon juice, salt and soda. Add peach puree. Pour
into 5 cup ring mold. Chill at least 4 hours. Garnish with
Cool Whip.
