HOT SLAW 12 lb. cabbage, shredded 4 tsp. celery seed 1 lb. 5 oz. sugar 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt 4 oz. flour 2 tsp. dry mustard 1 qt. hot milk 1 3/4 qt. hot water 8 eggs, beaten 2 2/3 c. vinegar, hot Mix dry ingredients, add milk and water, stir and cook until thickened. Add eggs gradually, while stirring. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add vinegar. Pour hot sauce over cabbage and add celery seed. Yields 1 gallon with serving size of 3 ounces.
