PRETZEL SALAD (Serves 12 To 16)
2 1/2 c. coarsely chopped
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
3/4 c. melted margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 beaten egg
1 c. powdered sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip
2 small pkg. Jell-O
2 c. hot water
2 small pkg. berries
Mix pretzels, 3 tablespoons powdered sugar and melted
margarine together and put in pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool. Beat cream cheese, egg and 1 cup powdered sugar. Fold
in 9 ounces Cool Whip. Spread over cooled pretzels and chill
well. Mix Jell-O with hot water and berries. Spread over Cool
