LIME JELLO SALAD 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 qt. pears 2 1/2 c. pear juice 1/2 pt. whipping cream Combine Jell-O and cream cheese in a bowl; beat with electric beaters until smooth. Heat pear juice until hot. Pour over cream cheese and Jell-O. Add 1/2 pint whipping cream; beat on medium for 3 minutes. Put pears in mold; pour mixture over pears. Put in refrigerator until set.
