1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni with
1 jar marinated artichokes and
liquid, cut up
1 small can sliced olives
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water
2 green onions, chopped
1/3 c. mayonnaise
slivered almonds to taste
chow mein noodles (optional)
Prepare rice as directed; cool. Then add all other
ingredients. If chow mein noodles are used, make a well in
center of mixture before refrigerating and then fill with
noodles just before serving.
