SHRIMP SALAD 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped green onion 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 small jar pimiento, chopped 1 small can black olives 1 c. mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. milk 2 Tbsp. garlic wine vinegar 2 c. cooked fresh shrimp 1 small can Chinese noodles Combine chopped vegetables and olives in bowl. Blend mayonnaise, milk and vinegar. Pour over vegetable mixture and marinate overnight. Add shrimp and noodles right before serving. Serves 4.
