FRUIT SALAD 1 small pkg. Jell-O instant lemon pudding 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained 1 small can Mandarin oranges, drained 1 to 2 c. Cool Whip Combine instant lemon pudding with crushed pineapple in its juice. Mixture will thicken. Add drained fruit cocktail and Mandarin oranges. Mix well. Add Cool Whip. Chill. (I substitute sliced bananas or chopped apples for Mandarin oranges.) Serves 6 to 8.
