ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD Dressing: 5 Tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. oil (1 Tbsp. sesame) 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. m.s.g. 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. rice vinegar juice of 1 lemon (2 to 3 Tbsp.) 2 Tbsp. grated ginger or 1 tsp. ground Salad: 1 whole chicken breast, cooked, skinned and shredded 4 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed 4 Tbsp. toasted slivered almonds 1 large head cabbage, sliced thin 3 to 4 green onions, chopped 3 pkg. instant uncooked Ramen noodles, crumbled Mix chicken, cabbage and onions. Toss with dressing. Just before serving, add noodles, sesame seed and almonds. Toss gently. Add dressing to taste.
