SPINACH SALAD
(Preparation Time 2 Hours; Serves 8 To 10)
4 bunches spinach, washed and
dried

Dressing:
1 onion, chopped
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 c. oil

Garnish With:
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and
crumbled
4 oz. Pepperidge Farm stuffing

First prepare dressing. Put all ingredients in the
blender and mix well. Refrigerate. Tear spinach and put in
large bowl. Boil eggs and fry bacon; combine with spinach
just before serving. Pour dressing that has been well chilled
over spinach, eggs and bacon. Toss well; add stuffing. Mix
and toss again. Serve immediately!
