CABBAGE PATCH SOUP|
1 lb. ground beef
4 ribs celery, diced
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, diced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beef broth
1 soup can water
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 medium head cabbage, cut
into bite size pieces
In a large saucepan brown beef, celery and onion. Add
remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and simmer about 1 hour.
