CHEDDAR CHEESE PINEAPPLE SALAD 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin 1 c. water 1/2 c. dairy sour cream 1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese In medium saucepan, combine gelatin and water. Heat and stir gelatin until dissolved. Beat in sour cream and mayon- naise. Stir in undrained pineapple. Chill until partially set. Fold in cheese. Pour in mold or flat pan. Chill. Serve on lettuce.
