STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 2 c. crushed pretzels 3/4 c. margarine 3 Tbsp. sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 2 c. Cool Whip 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O 2 c. boiling water 2 (10 each) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed Mix pretzels, margarine and sugar and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes and cool. Blend cream cheese and sugar. Add Cool Whip and mix. Spread over crust and refrigerate. Mix Jell-O and water. Let stand 10 minutes. Add strawberries to Jell-O and chill until syrupy. Pour over cheese mixture and refrigerate until firm. Serves 12.
