CREAM OF POTATO SOUP
4 or 5 medium potatoes
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered milk with 4 c.
salt to taste
Dice potatoes; add onions, celery and salt. Cover with
water and cook until tender. Add butter and powdered milk
