MOSTACCIOLI SALAD

1 box mostaccioli
oil
1 cucumber, diced
2 small jars diced pimentos,
drained
3 to 5 green onions, diced
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. white vinegar
1 c. sugar

Boil mostaccioli noodles al dente. Drain and rinse in
cold water. Add enough oil to coat noodles; mix well. Then
add cucumber, pimentos, onions and mustard. Mix vinegar and
sugar and pour over noodles. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate
for 1 or 2 days.
