1 head lettuce
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. uncooked thawed peas
2 c. mayonnaise
6 to 8 slices bacon, cooked
4 oz. pkg. shredded sharp
Cheddar cheese

In a 9 x 12-inch glass dish, shred the lettuce. Sprin-
kle the lettuce with celery, pepper and onion. Over this
spread the peas and then the mayonnaise. Crumble the bacon
over the mayonnaise and top with cheese. Cover and refrigerate
for 12 hours before serving.
