1 large pkg. orange jello
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 can Mandarin oranges
Boil 2 cups water and add to jello. Dissolve jello,
refrigerate until practically set. Whip with mixer, adding a
small amount of sherbet at a time. Fold one can of drained
oranges into jello. Refrigerate until set.
