ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD

3 c. diced cooked chicken (or
turkey)
1 1/2 c. sliced bok choy
1 1/2 c. chopped lettuce
1/2 c. shredded carrot
6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and
quartered
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 oz. chow mein noodles
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve with
following dressing or your own favorite.

Oriental Dressing:
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
4 tsp. soy sauce
4 tsp. vegetable oil
4 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. Wyler's instant chicken
bouillon
Combine all ingredients in small pan. Cook and stir
until bouillon dissolves. Pour over salad and toss.
