CHEESE SOUP 4 Tbsp. margarine 4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. milk 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese 1 beef bouillon cube 1/4 c. onion 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 cooked link sausages, sliced or 1/4 lb. cooked bulk sausage, finely chopped or 3/4 c. finely chopped ham milk Melt margarine over low heat. Blend in flour and salt and add milk. Stir until white sauce thickens. Slice Velveeta cheese and add to sauce. Slice and add Cheddar cheese. Stir while cheeses melt. Crunch up the bouillon cube and sprinkle over the top. Finely chop the onion and add it and the pepper to the cheese sauce mixture. Add one of the meats. Add milk until soup is desired consistency. Heat thoroughly and serve hot.
