1 pkg. elbow macaroni
6 slices cooked, diced bacon
1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
2 tsp. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. celery

Cook macaroni in boiling salt water. Drain. Fry bacon
(crispy) retaining the drippings. Pour 1 tablespoon drippings
in pan; mix with vinegar, onions, salt, pepper, mustard,
peppers and celery. Bring to a boil. Add salad dressing and
cook until smooth. Add macaroni. Serve warm.
