CABBAGE BEEF SOUP

1/2 small head cabbage
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney
beans, undrained
1 can tomato soup
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
2 to 3 c. water
seasoned salt to taste
pepper to taste

Chop cabbage and steam about 10 minutes. Brown beef and
drain grease. In large pot combine stewed tomatoes and soup.
Add water, cabbage and beef. Add remaining ingredients. Cook
on low heat 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10.
