HEARTY HOMEMADE SOUP 1 lb. round steak, ground (or ground chuck) 1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 1/2 tsp. Accent salt and pepper to taste 1 pt. diced fresh tomatoes 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 3 large carrots, sliced 3 medium celery stalks, chopped 1 c. half and half 5 cans beef broth Brown beef in margarine; add celery, carrots and spices. Cook until soft. Add flour. Mix well and cook five minutes. Add tomatoes and beef stock. Cook 1 hour over low heat. Stir occasionally. Add cream 5 minutes before serving. Can be frozen for later use. Serves 9.
