1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (5 oz.) jar pimento cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
dash of Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. green pepper, finely
1/4 c. pecans, chopped

Dissolve jello in hot water. Add salt, pimento spread,
mayonnaise, water, vinegar and Tabasco sauce to jello and beat
until smooth. Chill until partially set. Fold in remaining
ingredients. Pour into 1 or 1 1/2-quart mold. Chill thorough-
ly. Serves 6 to 8.
