HOT CHICKEN SALAD
4 c. cooked chicken (or
turkey), cut into bite-size
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. onion (dehydrated)
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. potato chips
Mix chicken, celery, nuts, salt, onion, mayonnaise and
lemon juice together and place in baking dish. Pour 1/2 cup
chicken broth over mixture. Top with 1/2 cup grated Cheddar
cheese and 1 cup potato chips. Bake in 450 degrees oven for 10 to 15
