BACON POTATO SALAD 1 lb. bacon 6 large cooked white potatoes, peeled and diced 6 hard-boiled eggs 1/2 c. diced celery 1/2 c. diced onion Mix potatoes, celery, onions and 4 eggs (chopped), into a large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Fry 1 pound bacon (crisp) and crumble into mixture. Add equal parts of mayon- naise, sugar and vinegar (approximately 1/4 cup each). Slice remaining eggs and arrange on top.
