BOILED DRESSING FOR FRUIT SALAD

2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. orange juice
1 c. whipping cream

Sift flour and sugar into pot. This helps eliminate
lumps. Add beaten eggs and juices. Cook over medium heat,
stirring constantly until thick. Cool completely and fold in
whipped cream. Use as a topping for fruit salad made of orange
and grapefruit sections, apples, pineapple, sliced bananas and
green grapes.
