DIANNE'S BLUE CHEESE DRESSING

2 tsp. Blue cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 lemon, juiced (no pulp)
salad oil (enough for two)
romaine lettuce (enough for
two)

Combine Blue cheese, garlic, garlic salt, lemon and
salad oil in lidded container and shake well until blended.
Toss dressing with romaine lettuce. Serve on chilled salad
plates and enjoy!
