1/2 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. corn oil
3 Tbsp. honey
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 lb. flank steak or
London broil

Mix sauce and marinate steak in shallow bowl for 2 hours
(room temperature or all day in refrigerator). Broil on rack 4
inches from heat source, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Let stand 5
minutes; it's juicier when you do this. Slice across grain.
