CANNED TOMATO SAUCE|
1 canner peeled tomatoes
2 qt. mango, cut up
2 qt. onions, chopped
2 qt. celery, cup up
Cook until tender. Run through colander. Liquify what
doesn't go through colander. Put back into canner and add:
1 Tbsp. basil
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. garlic salt or powder
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. marjoram
salt and pepper to taste
Get HOT and stir every few minutes, because it sticks to
canner. Put into jars and seal.
