BEAN AND BACON SLAW 1/2 c. celery, diced 1/3 c. onion, chopped 4 strips bacon, crumbled 1 can kidney beans, drained 1 tsp. vinegar 1/2 c. Miracle Whip 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 Tbsp. sugar Toss celery, onion, bacon and kidney beans. Stir vinegar into Miracle Whip. Add salt, pepper and sugar. Pour over salad mixture. Toss lightly and serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
