3 lb. cabbage, grated
2 medium onions, chopped
1 sweet pepper, chopped
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
Mix together cabbage, onion, sweet pepper and 2 cups
sugar; set aside. Bring to boil the vinegar, salad oil, 2
tablespoons sugar, salt, celery and mustard seed. Pour over
cabbage mixture. Store in pint containers and freeze.
