GERMAN POTATO SALAD|
8 hard-cooked eggs
2/3 c. salad oil
6 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
green onion, chopped (several)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 lb. potatoes, cooked and
Slice potatoes and eggs into very large bowl. Also
green onions. Blend remaining seasonings with vinegar and oil;
toss gently. Chill and serve.
