1 can LeSueur peas
1 can white kernel Shoe Peg
1 can French-style green
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 small jar pimentos, chopped
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Boil the sugar, oil and vinegar together. Let cool.
Mix with remaining ingredients and refrigerate 18 to 24 hours
