1 (No. 2 size) Bing cherries,
drain and reserve liquid
1 c. crushed pineapple, drain
and reserve liquid
2 pkg. cherry jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,
2 c. juice (from Bing
cherries, pineapple and
finish with water)
2 Cokes (6 oz. size)
1 c. chopped pecans
Bring fruit juice to boil and pour over jello. Stir
until dissolved. When cool, add Cokes, stir and chill until
partly congealed. Add fruit, nuts and slowly add cream cheese.
