CHEF'S SALAD

1/2 c. 1/4-inch strips cooked
meat
1/2 c. 1/4-inch strips cooked
chicken
1/2 c. 1/4-inch strips Swiss
cheese
1 medium head lettuce, torn
into bite-size pieces
1 small bunch romaine, torn
into bite-size pieces
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 medium stalk celery, sliced
1/2 c. mayo or salad dressing
1/4 c. French dressing
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
ripe olives

Reserve a few strips of meat, chicken and cheese. Toss
remaining chicken, meat, cheese, lettuce, romaine, onion and
celery. Mix mayo and French dressing. Pour on lettuce mixture
and toss. Top with reserved meat, chicken and cheese strips,
the eggs, tomatoes and olives.
