TACO SALAD 1 head lettuce 1 lb. hamburg 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 1 large pkg. grated Cheddar cheese 3 tomatoes, chopped 1/2 c. mayo 1/3 c. ketchup 1/2 c. sour cream Brown hamburg and drain. Add taco seasoning. Allow to cool to room temperature. Toss together in large bowl lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and hamburg. Mix 1/2 cup mayo, 1/3 cup ketchup and 1/2 cup sour cream. Mix with salad. Sprinkle with Fritos chips.
