1 small tomato, cut in eighths
1 small or 1/2 large avocado,
1/2 cucumber, sliced
2 tsp. toasted sunflower seeds
1 chicken breast, cooked and
cut in chunks
Place tomato, avocado, cucumber, sunflower seeds and
chicken chunks in a bowl. Toss chicken salad with as much
vinaigrette as desired. Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a pita
