4 c. (1 lb.) grated sharp
Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
few grains cayenne pepper

Prepare toast (buttered) and set aside. Heat in double
boiler top over simmering water the cheese and milk until
cheese is melted, stirring constantly. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Pour cheese mixture over toast. Makes 6 serv-
