BACON AND EGG GRAVY

3 to 4 slices bacon, chopped
3 to 4 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
milk

Fry bacon; drain. Add egg and scramble. Sprinkle flour
(3 to 4 tablespoons) over bacon and egg. Toss with fork until
browned a bit. Add milk slowly, stirring smoothly as you go.
Add milk until you have the right consistency for gravy. Salt
and pepper to taste. Great for toast, pancakes or waffles.
