MEDIUM WHITE SAUCE 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine 2 Tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. Accent pepper 1 c. milk In saucepan over low heat, melt butter or margarine. Blend in mixture of flour, salt, Accent and pepper. Heat until it bubbles. Remove from heat. Add milk gradually. Cook rapidly, stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Cook 1 to 2 minutes more.
