POTATO SOUP 6 potatoes, cut in bite-size pieces 2 onions, cut in bite size pieces 1 stalk celery, sliced 4 chicken bouillon cubes 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes 5 c. water 1 carrot, sliced 1 Tbsp. salt and pepper 1/3 c. butter 1 can evaporated milk Combine all ingredients in large pot and cook on low heat until vegetables are done.
